born Kellie Dawn Pickler on the 28th of June, 1986. Pickler was a difficult childhood. As a young girl her mother fled to protect her from an abusive family. In 1995, she was returned into the world of Pickler and was granted the custody rights. But it didn't go well. Her grandparents took care of her from the age of 12 up to the age of adulthood. Pickler could not be a parent to her kids in the absence of their parents. She stated that her time was limited and she learned how to take care of the family members from a young age. Pickler participated in the cheerleading teams at both her high school and middle school. North Stanly High School, which she attended from 2004 when she graduated it was her high school.
